We're the only ACC team to ever lose to Citadel

Why were we running the ball laterally all game?
Who has the pitch man when they run option?
Their D line was better than our O line.
Their O line was better than our D line.
Why did our D act like thugs and get so many stupid penalties? Did these minor league officials not recognize swagger?

This was not Clemson, not UGA, hell not even UNC. Anyone using talent deficiency as an excuse for this loss should be embarrassed. Our Jimmy’s & Joe’s >>>>>> theirs....by far. Coaching on the other hand. Are we really surprised with the P5 experience level on this staff??? Outside of Key 2 years max and that was temple...lol.
Holdup...of all the coaches, Key is the one I’m certain knows what he’s doing. Yet our OLine totally got their öööö pushed in today by the 0-2 Citadel D-Line. Makes me think that in fact there may be a major Jimmies and Joes problem.

Clearly. Has anybody legitimately argued otherwise? What schools were really "fighting" for our OL?

Smoke & Mirrors can only last so long...add in our "best" option at QB...which largely negates our downfield passing options...and WTF ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?

Lose to the Citadel, apparently.

To show how screwed up some are - Wells missed a P.A.T. and folks are giving him preference.

And, although not sure, I think usc lost to the citadel while an ACC member. ????

But for sure, the master of look at me. Pomposity Bill Curry is the only ACC coach to bite the big one TWICE vs furman.

Tomorrow I need the Falcons to win by 40 while I hike up Mt Yonah with a bottle of Bulliet, drink it and leave it there, then nail it with a Barret Model 50 from Brasstown Bald.

We knew this year wasn’t going to be good, but I didn’t expect it to be this ugly offensively. Why James Graham isn’t playing is beyond me. Oh well

So let’s see, after 11 years of recruiting ineptitude, we have a great closing to 2018 recruiting, bring in 4 - 4* and 5* transfers, and currently have the best recruiting class since 2007. But hell, we had an awful game against Citadel with CPJs players. Let’s fire Colins and bring back the 3O.

We could bring back the 3O without firing Collins

He’s injured

Perhaps because he was on the sidelines, not dressed out in a walking boot?

Just in case anyone didn’t know. South Carolina lost to them in 2015. Which means in a 4 year span they went from a preseason number 1 ranking to losing to citadel. Let’s hipe we have the opposite trajectory.

Didn't say there were any as bad. There were plenty of bad ones, though. Maybe we need more than three games without his recruits to fully judge Collins, is all I'm saying. Some of the posters on this board are acting downright hysterical.
It was our most embarrassing loss ever, we have to live with it. Horrible is not enough to describe it.

Maybe to you it was, but "most embarrassing" doesn't fit for me. I was way more embarrassed by Kansas 2010 and MTSU in 2012.
