So now South Carolina trims the hedges too?

It's was a big win for them, I get it. And they must have watched videos of what we did in 2016 and 2014, so they decided to trim the hedges a little bit.
Not sure how I feel about it, part of me thinks that it should be only reserved for us...although it may not be for a few years...regardless of any (treasonous) agreements Stansbury made with McGarity!

I just never had any desire to touch something of theirs that is infested / infected by the urine and vomit of their mascot and fans.

You could never totally cleanse yourself of that.

They are ööööing bushes

"Sacred hedges"

Their dumb AD should be laughed off the phone every time he calls another school to complain

They ripped them out to host soccer for the Olympics. Hardly sacred. Tried to claim they needed replaced due to disease factors, but the timing of it, just at the exact time to host Olympic soccer, was obviously a blatant lie.

I know we have an agreement to not rip them up but what happens next time we win there? You think those kids are gonna listen? Nope

I have a golden privet hedge around my deck. Every winter I cut it down to about a foot tall, and by the fall, it's grown to about 6 feet. I'm sure there are landscapers trimming those hedges every month, so breaking a few sprigs off is not hurting the plants. I'm sure the dwags don't like the insult, but there's no injury.

And it's not even done as an insult. No one is doing it to hurt their feelings. I wish people were so excited about beating us on our field.

2-4D mixed with Roundup and Diesel would work better.

Spike 80DF is what Harvey Updike used, don't know if works on hedges; but it definitely works on Oak trees.

Edit: I am not advocating that we need a mouth breather like Harvey Updike to poison the hedges; but if you want to model yourself after Harvey Updike then use what he used.

The difference is those trees took 70-80 years to grow they really were irreplaceable. If we killed the hedge to the ground, they could be replaced and like new within 12 months. Like everyone else, killing them is 100% different than taking a few branches.
