Okay, gentlemen and possibly ladies, let's keep it clean and honor the Queensbury rules.
Okay.
So like many fans my greatest point of confusion is Collins choice to rely on King, who is now 3/7 on field goals for the year.
More frustrating is that Wells was perfect in 2018, but only 0/1 this year. I found myself greatly frustrated he wasn't brought on to kick this year, even after his lone miss.
My only conclusion is that the mental pressures of kicking in a game situation are so different from practice that the most important traits a kicker can have are entirely mental. I also worry that by benching Wells CGC has negatively aftected his mentality thus spoiling his most valuable assets.
Does anyone agree? Is this concern moot until our offense can play a competitive game?
