Awesome metric. However, how do those interactions change business decisions that drive engagement to incremental revenue which in turn, translates to more wins on the field?
Its obvious “Coach Waffle House ≠ Wins” point. But GT is the fastest growing athletic department for social interaction (not just football). It’s a very positive percentage increase.
