Nesbitt has an elite burst (acceleration) that gives him his elusiveness. He also has tremendous body control and explosion that allows him to change direction on a dime, and juke people from a dead standstill. Tyrod Taylor is the only QB I can think of who is like Josh. Breathless acceleration.
All that said, Josh does not have homerun (i.e. top-end, straightline, sprinter's speed, like Dwyer, Wright, Peeples, or Perkins). He is yet to show what people call "that extra gear", or "breakaway speed". Josh runs about a 4.55 or 4.6. Most of his acceleration is in the first 10-20 yards. Dwyer continues to accelerate such that he creates seperation between himself and D-backs who are also at their maximum sprint.
There are several guys on the team who will pull away from him in a hundred yard dash after the first 30 yards. However, he's plenty fast to create some big gainers (a lot like Tashard Choice or James Davis). His his explosiveness & vision, combined with the spreading of the defense & downfield blocking this offense provides will spring him on occaision. But you won't see him pulling away from DBs unless Ciano can work with his top-end speed. Trainers can do a lot more with improving player speed than they could a few years ago.
