It doesn't feel the same anymore does it? We survived the Walker Era and Lewis Era to rise again but no more. I personally don't think PJ gives much of a crap about this game. He just wants to win the ACC and this game doesn't hold the same weight as VT.

We went 80 at the end of the second qtr for a teeter, but we did not throw a single pass on that drive. So maybe the scheme does work. As long as you stick it to them on the ground. Tevin has thrown the ball very poorly today.

It's the equalizer until you get down 14+ points, in that situation it is as bad as any offense in that situation. The problem is if we run a death march there, we just have less time to get that 2nd TD. Also, the offense needs a threat of a passing game and washington folding up like a rusty table killed that threat.
 
I wonder if we lose to them in basketball this year too. This blows.

CPJ wants to win them all. He just doesn't recruit well enough to win this game.

we are so overmatched physically that it's impossible for us to create breaks."Breaks" seem to happen when teams are closer to evenly matched. If i play fooball in the back yard with my 10 tear old nephew I'm likely not to fumble.There is so much contrast in size/speed/strength in this game this looks like a disparity of talent you typically only see at the high school level. I maintain that we compete against ACC teams and thus get fooled about how talented we really are. And this gets exposed annually after Thanksgiving.

Exactly. Throwing could of worked some of those times, but our QB just failed the test every time today.

If he does feel this way--we need to start coach searching again--BUT--i do believe he knows this game is most important but UGAG is just BETTER--(DAMN i hate to say that)

Really? Was BEAT UGA on the team goals this year? I think one of their goals were to win every home game, so I guess it was there.
 
I really wish we would move the GTAA to the Butts Mehre complex in Athens so CPJ and crew could put up with the same öööö I've endured from co-workers and friends for 3,650 days out of the last 4,015. Maybe then it would mean enough to them to start getting some change in the outcome. Sigh.
