Official Mutts/Jackets Game thread

I really wish we would move the GTAA to the Butts Mehre complex in Athens so CPJ and crew could put up with the same öööö I've endured from co-workers and friends for 3,650 days out of the last 4,015. Maybe then it would mean enough to them to start getting some change in the outcome. Sigh.

You are talking about a man who hates losing tiddly winks with his daughter...He HATES losing, but to beat UGAG, he needs some better players....don't know how he is going to get them though when he can't get over the hump....

We have the sorriest passing offense in the UNIVERSE--it is pitiful to watch.

I swear, I feel more confident holding craps dice in my hand or calling for a hit on 18 than watching Tevin drop back to throw today. Even IF he gets the ball to Hill, well...

This is the last year that I'm fooling myself into believing that we're going to do the unthinkable and actually beat these guys.

I feel sorry for the under 25 group on this board. You guys don't even no what it feels like to have any hope of turning this series around. At least when the Bill Lewis era dropped us to Ground Zero you could feel us closing the gap every year with O'Leary. Now I don't even care to attend this game anymore. This series is so far gone we are about where the south was after the Civil War. To the Victors goes the Spoils as they say.

I've been to 12 of these games over the last 30 years and not once did I see GT win one. The 2009 game was the last game and possibly last forever unless I see GT make huge strides in being able to compete on a high level. Winning the ACC is not a major accomplishment.

This shows that a great coach and a great scheme is no match for a mediocre coach and a loaded roster. There are more 4 and 5 star recruits on the Georgia special teams kickoff unit than there are on the entire Georgia Tech roster.

Right coaches. Right scheme. Wrong personnel. Wrong recruiting.

LOL. Last time I checked recruiting was a major part of their job as a coach. And if they haven't figured that out by now maybe watching today's domination will finally wake them up to that fact.
