No, 45 hit Thomas after the play, 23 hit a couple of our backs after they were out of bounds.
 
I don't think we can play much worse and we are only down 6.

I do wish the new pope hadn't blessed offensive pass interference though.
 
I think JT's instincts have not been on point. Pitching has been atrocious. The couple of times we got the option working, Snoddy got 40 yards. Throwing has been suspect overall. Not a good look for our OL.
 
The poor blocking of the first couple of drives made Thomas start hearing footsteps and we got out of sync on our pitches, timing, etc. We need to reset the O Line art he half and come out with a fresh view on the game and man up. The dive has been somewhat open. Our perimeter blocking has improved somewhat as the game has progressed. Need to settle into a rhythm.
 
Had he not went in the opposite direction, Skov would've scored a touchdown on that drive when we missed our first field goal.

Give Marcus Marshall a shot.
 
The TD drive didnt have much "option" as the reads were pre-determined and blocked accordingly. We need to do more of this because we cannot block everything against these guys.
 
Yeah, the 3O play hasn't worked at all. Apparently we need that third guy to block

I agree he is our best shot at that position to bust one.
 
ND is handing us our asses right now. Beating those 2 scrub teams like that hopefully didn't go to the players heads like it did to some fans.Here's to a better second half.
 
Down by 6 at the half. No way in hell they adjust better than we do. No way. We win this going away.
 
We just got to do a better job blocking and we will be ok. Plus rush more then 4 guys on these 3rd an long plays
 
Bottom line is once again we have a personal feud game and the team comes out super tight. CPJ and say it wasn't all he wants but...

We still have a great chance to win.

At least we are not tied with Northern Illinois at the half. At home.
 
That last play on the pass to the end zone was PI. The guy never turned to locate the ball.
