Is there a clause in his old contract that states he "can only recite SEC dominance drivel if relegated to an inferior conference"? Hate it for ya Suntan. Now you have to experience the SEC hype train from the other side.

The Coastal is a bloodbath of coaches now.... Richt, Johnson, Fuente, Cutcliffe, Fedora, Narduzzi, ugh.
 
ACC is becoming pretty good on quality coaching (at least until the next round of SEC poaching). Jimbo, Richt, Johnson, Dabo, Fedora. Not a bad lineup. Fuente will likely be good too.

I just spoke to a UVa booster who predicted Mack Brown as their next hire.

While it definitely makes things tougher for us, it makes the ACC games we play more valuable commodities. It will mean more when we beat those guys to the playoff committee et al. Better coaching is what the ACC has badly needed, because the athletes have always been terrific... Just coached less well than the SEC. This good for our long term health, but we to raise our level too.

Wonder if Dan Mullin will look at UVA if they come calling? He seems to want to get out of Starkvegas before the rebuild
