Pretty impressive considering that dude from auburns brother is in this class too, and is also a stud.
 
We have guaranteed him that if we get within 60 yards we line up and kick a FG. Fast Break Offense. All of Mills' TD's will 43 yards+.

It probably didn't go well in Starkvegas. I looked at his offer sheet, there aren't any teams better than us except maybe Oklahoma State.

Why do you think that is if he is #1. I wouldn't be surprised to see someone else make a move on him.

we may have just found a sweet spot in the recruiting cycles where factories have their kickers lined up for the next four years. Better to use scholarships on true athletes versus an additional kicker for them. That's my guess and it would be very cool if the staff saw this sort of systemic truth and adjusted accordingly.

Because the factories already gave away 32 of their 25 scholarships and they probably have decent kickers. And whatever GTCrew4b said.

A lot of programs don't offer scholarships to kickers, and just count on getting a few walk-ons. I think CPJ said it was because most recruits are athletes that can be plugged in to different positions based on their progress, injuries and competition, but kickers are stuck in one role, and if they don't work out, they waste a scholarship.
 
We really should have been smart about this and thrown Butker a huge party after the bowl game at whichever Atlanta strip club isn't currently being ransacked by police. Then posted plenty of pictures on Twitter and made sure he saw it. Then again, he's got that bible verse thing going on so maybe just a late night at the Cracker Barrel instead?
