1. Wayyyyyy more physical, bullied the shit of them
2. Incredible RPO scheme… LOVE the constant formation shifts and motions creating gaps.
3. This offense requires a sharp QB to execute and Jesus did Haynes draw up a masterpiece. Almost certainly the most underrated QB in the country (maybe not after today!)
4. LOVED the D gameplan… they knew Ukelele is a scared ass bitch so we played one of the most disrespectful, greedy blitz schemes I’ve ever seen. Dont think I’ve ever seen consecutive safety blitzes hahahaha
I am fully prepared to say that we have a long term coach. The schemes, hiring fitting coordinators, extremely imbalanced strength and conditioning in our favor compared to opponent, relatively low mistakes (and 0 game breaking mistakes) has Coach Key’s fingerprints all over .
So I say give Coach Key the ööööing keys and buckle up.
I also cannot emphasize enough how huge of the win this was….
1. first game of the season and only game on…. The entire country was watching us play a ‘highly rated’ opponent and we soundly beat them
2. Recruiters need to go so hard to capitalize on the momentum, be cocky, attract the big fish
3. You know how all this conference realignment shit plays out… everyone thinking GT is an entertaining good program is invaluable. J Batt has ammunition to lead with and fsu and their cute little lawsuits look humiliating
4. The difference between having talent and being great is learning how to win in the face of bad breaks.
FSU lost in all phases even with extremely fortunate breaks in their favor. AND wtf was norvell doing clock management wise?????? I even was screaming at him. Honestly don’t know how FSU recovers, this season is already over

Not only that but also the play prior to the winning FG. To have the wherewithal to get back into FG range after the botched snap was priceless.

Two 50+ FGs made, drive saved by facemask call, no real video evidence on the reversed call for first down, two bs 4th down conversions. Jackets were by far the better team and should have won this walking away, but still birr banged the winner. I’m liking what key is doing.
