Pretty much.

They should just rank the top 15 SEC teams and then everyone else, and be done with it. They can juggle them around from week to week.

We all knew that Mizzou was way overrated, but the penalty calls have really ööööed them today, making it even worse. The refs in that game have not exactly covered themselves with glory.

Actual good, or just ACC-good?

There is so much high school talent near them that even with the sloppy leftovers from Texas, A&M, Oklahoma, etc., they are bound to have some players.

ACC good this year. Long term, very good. They are loaded with generous donors and will eventually get what they pay for.
