I'm confused what you're not understanding. Is that you aren't familiar with that class or that you aren't familiar with Tech recruiting in general.

#18 ranked class in the country - and that's just because we had a relatively small class.

I'm not the recruiting guru around here but it was my understanding that class rankings were cumulative and not average therefore small classes were always ranked lower.

I think that was his point. If 2007 had not been a relatively small class, it would have been ranked even higher.

Chan should have recruited more offensive linemen
