2003 Cadillac Escalade

the subject header of this message speaks for itself.

The law is the law. The guy was driving W/O a license AND with open containers of alcohol.

and as far as being pulled over w/o a taillight I got a client who is looking at 15 years w/o parole for being pulled over the same reason. (of course he is charged with having a significant amount of coke in the car)

But like I have said earlier the story here is the car.

It sounds like the guy is NOT a licensed driver. That is serious too.

what does open container law specifically say? Why is this so difficult to determine who owns the car?

Law Bee, could you take this case and get him off by pleading the "open container" was a spittoon???
