The law is the law. The guy was driving W/O a license AND with open containers of alcohol.
and as far as being pulled over w/o a taillight I got a client who is looking at 15 years w/o parole for being pulled over the same reason. (of course he is charged with having a significant amount of coke in the car)
But like I have said earlier the story here is the car.
It sounds like the guy is NOT a licensed driver. That is serious too.
