Imagine how much better this season would feel if the team hadn't shat the bed in that game. We'd be 4-4 right now. It's not, objectively, a successful season, but I think you'd have to be wearing some glasses with dark gold tint to have expected much better than that. It would definitely be clear improvement from last year.

We now have a 6-way tie at 6-3 in the prediction contest, including the charming fellow who predicted us to go 0-11.
