I also have a feeling some of these players and commits will grade out higher in their sr season next year. I think it'll take us a good year or two to establish relationships with the current staff to 'GT' and GHSA schools. I think it's vital that we maintain some of these hires (hs liaisons, etc) for at least 3 years to get true traction. Key is building an infrastructure and web of people and connections we've never had before at GT, sheerly for relationship building. I like it.

looked at 247 and 4 of the first 5 are in the top 1000 and the one that isn't is the large guy from IMG, who has a body type for the S&C staff to build from if he is motivated

seems like we usually have more than 20% unranked so this is a good start
