OL is 5 of your 22 starters. Throw in specialists and call it 20% of your positions. 20% of 85 is 17. With attrition you'd need 4-5 a year on average.

I read some of the offer letters he posted from other schools on Twitter. Ours is interesting. It doesn't mention GT academics at all, and it contains none of the legalese that other schools' letters do.

What would be interesting is to see a 2 year and 3 year running average.
