All I saying is that Pitt is a ranked team.

Teams are ranked because they are good. It's not like we are playing UCF or Memphis every week. These are really good teams. You know, the Criminoles went to the CFP LAST YEAR AND won it all in the last year of the BCS the year before. We play the big boys. Even Duke is ranked. They didn't get there because they beat us. They got there because they are good. Stop crying! Chin Up. Wear White! Go Jackets!

Sorry...but Pitt isn't that good...they just have a good record....only quality win is against VT and that doesn't count for much....ditto for Duke....what about UNC...do you think UNC is a good team? They are not. The fact of the matter is that for years now our offense has been able to bolster a sub-par defense. Now that the offense has stumbled the less than stellar defense is more obvious than ever. Someone mentioned before that we have a quality secondary but thin on talent at LB and DL...and he was content...sorry but 1/3 of a defense is unacceptable to me. Ted Roof was a baller...I watched him play...he had a motor that wouldn't quit...but, now for the second time here, he isn't getting it done. I'll give him another year but if there isn't dramatic improvement I will be calling for a change. Just like a shareholder in a corporation, as a person that has for over two decades invested in this program I expect a decent return on my money.
