9/14, Saturday Othergames Thread (badger badger badger edition)

Pretty solid slate today. Gonna miss some of the fun ones at 3:30 but the nooners and primetime games look good.

Memphis ain't gonna do it friends. They needed to punch that in for 6 and they might have won by 60. Think FSU probably collects itself and runs away with this one.
The 3 might be enough to win by the looks of it so far.

shoulda been a pick six. holy öööö
I keep hearing people say DJ is a mediocre QB. No. He’s objectively bad. Slow on reads, doesn’t check out when he needs to, doesn’t lead the WR on the short routes, hangs receivers out to dry. And can’t throw the deep ball. FSU can’t run because there is zero respect for his arm.

Well, that duck shows why

My guess would be they just don't have a game plan for any other QB, just assumed DJU would work out.
It can’t be worse. A year or two ago Syracuse literally put a TE in at QB and was able to move the ball. One of the backup 4 or 5 star QBs has to at least get a shot

That DJ pass was basically a punt. 3rd and long, nobody open, so just chuck it as deep as possible and hope your receiver makes a play.

How did everyone on that defense not know Milroe was gonna run for it on that 3rd and goal?

The thing that gets overlooked too is the FSU receivers are pretty awful.

alot of wide receiver drops. does he throw a weird spiral or something that makes it hard to catch?
