Peaks (2008, 2009, 2014) and valleys (2010,2015) are at least more exciting than a boring plateau (2002-2007).

I'm not questioning firing that Dawg Chan. Just that the valleys shouldn't be so deep.

I get that but sometimes you don't know how deep you are until your are neck deep in it.
