As much as ugag distress is a blessing - I would much rather it be from a loss to GT.

IF the accusation is true I pray for the victim.

But now, more than anytime in my life, the idea of "Innocent until proven guilty" is sacred.

I find nothing in this incident to rejoice about.

If anyone does perhaps they should reflect on Adam Gotsis and Duke Lacrosse.
 
Without evidence, you make assessment of likelihood based on a person's past actions. Anyone who willfully attended uga has a history of making poor decisions in life.

What is not being disputed is he went after a 21-year old co-ed. For a 29-year old staff member at a university, that ranges from creepy to firing offense. At the very very very least, it showed bad judgment cuz of risk of accusation.

But bad judgment and committing to UGa go hand in hand.

I wouldn't call it creepy that a 29 year old dates a 21 year old. However, it is fraternization and probably prohibited by university policy so definitely bad judgement, at best.

She called the police at 1 am while she was still at this scumbag’s house. This doesn’t appear to be a “oh I regretted/felt
Uncomfortable doing that” 4 years later sort of thing.

Oh hell you are probably right. So no real need for an investigation or trial.
Since i believe rape truly is a capital offense he should be executed ASAP.
Plus that will screw some lawyers out of some work - 2 problems solved! Love it.

Now we can focus on GTs biggest problem - it has come to light that a student engineering club composed of nerds, geeks, dweebies, sluts, sportos, motorheads, wasteoids, bloods, dickheads and faculty thiefs using state issued credit cards are demanding that the Rambling Reck be removed from any association with GT because everyone cant have one and it is tied to anti Earth, harmful emissions.
