It is not just the way he does the depth chart but a myriad of silly things that occur in the new culture
But to remark on what you actually said if his depth chart is not winning games people will not come.
The jury is still out on whether this staff will be successful or not. I for one hope they are but he has issues, one of which is not trusting a backup enough to give meaningful snaps in a game. So if the starter goes down the team needs a backup
