ACC should grab Texas.
That should have happened already. I believe there is no chance now. Get Ok and Ok st. They are solid. Let texas be the PAC problem child.
ACC should grab Texas.
They should be pretty happy. They are in a division they can actually win...One wonders how happy Nebraska is being in the B1G now that they've expanded eastward and the Huskers are stuck in the division without OSU, Michigan, or Penn State. (I guess they got Iowa and Wisky). Perhaps Bowlsby should try to get them back.

Here's why I wouldn't reach for the Texas teams:
Texas
aTm
TCU
TTU
Baylor
Houston
SMU
That's a crowded state, right there.

However, I don't see why TAMU would leave the Chosen-conference-of-all-conferences and go back to the BigTeXasII unless they really started to suck again and started to long for their old rivalries.
BYU is a major pain. You have to adjust your schedules in ALL sports to accommodate their refusal to play on Sundays.
Smart as we are, yall should know it's about money, which is eyeballs that watch, which means the Florida option will be considered, and no others.
Not Texas schools or East Tennessee schools nor Tulane nor others.
Tampa + Orlando equals the #5 TV market in a State that loves Football.
Recruiting hot bed is a plus. If you live in Iowa, where do you want a weekend? Memphis & Houston? Or Tampa & Orlando.
16 teams will not be considered. Have to give up too much money to BYU & Boise with no eyeball revenue.
Is our pipeline to Florida over?
