Honestly, if I was Syracuse I’d be pissed right now. They should have been in Jax.

Mayo Bowl will be half full, and that half will be all Minnesota. I don’t think Hokie fans even care at this point.

Our fans really need to get a grip. We may be a really good 7-5 team but we are still a 7-5 team. We are also a team that beat Miami and gave UGA all they wanted but we still lost 3 of our last 5 with one of the wins being a last second win over NC State.

This year was a real test for the Mayo Bowl. There were zero NC and VA schools worth taking, so this was the year for them to go a different direction, if ever.

Yep, that’s exactly the issue. Again - Duke, Cuse, and GT were that next tier after Miami (and Lville who were already in the Sun) and should have split Gator, Holiday, and Dukes.

They should just make it it's own things of UNC vs Duke every year and be done with it
