Dumbest take yet. It is 1.5 hour drive from Vandy to B'ham down I-65 & 1.5 hour drive from GT to B'ham across I-20. If that bowl isn't a sellout then we clearly don't deserve a better bowl.

I’ll just go ahead and cancel the procedures I have scheduled that afternoon that end at 330pm and hop on I-20! Was hoping this would at least have been a night game. Who is driving to Birmingham on Friday afternoon?
