I’m tired of rooting for other teams to take care of our business first us.
Not so sure ND can score many points against uga
This is why I'm pulling hard for the SEC to go 0-3 in the playoffs. We need more SEC losses to counter the narrative. You might as well get ready for “changes” starting next year. The whining by Herbstreit, Sankey and Kiffin will ensure a fake SOS metric will play a part in the CFP starting next year. So what we know is, a “brand” with 2-3 losses (Alabama) will get in over an upstart like 11-1 Indiana. The only changes I agree with are how the 1-4 seeds are established, and reseeding after the 1st round is played. There is no reason #1 Oregon has a tougher path vs #2 uga, #5 Texas, #6 PSU.
Just another example of Herbstreit pandering to his network despite being a B1G alum.
Do I think Ole Miss is better than IU? Yes. But IU didn’t lose to the B1G’s equivalent of Kensucky in Purdue. Losses have to matter at some point.
So if PSU ends up rolling SMU, the same sentiments will be said. In the end, we all know the end goal of the sec & B1G will be that the ACC, B12 only get 1 team (unless they are Clemson, FSU), period. At this point it’s all about “brands” going forward.

I may be the only one who thinks this, but Clemson can beat Texas. I mean, who the hell has Texas beaten? 7-5 Michigan, 8-4 TAMU, 8-5 UF…..Wow…..What a schedule. As a USC fan, I know how bad Sark is as a big game coach. He’s proven that twice again this year (uga). This is why I'm pulling hard for the SEC to go 0-3 in the playoffs. Yes, Herbstriet does in fact work for ESPN.Sometimes I think Herbstriet is actually on the SEC payroll. I’m sure he’s getting compensated for all the SEC handies he gives out.
More like Jennings embarrassing himself.... if not for him, this is a tight game.My oh my, SMU embarrassing the ACC.
There's absolutely no reason for the playoffs to include anyone but conference champions and if we have 18 team conferences, then play 8 games in each division and go back to division vs division in the conference championship. This is what we get with 18 team conferences. And completely out of whack conference schedules. Indiana and SMU.
The narrative with SMU’s schedule is false. They played the following:This is what we get with 18 team conferences. And completely out of whack conference schedules. Indiana and SMU.
Shouldn’t conference realignment moving forward have to go through antitrust laws and government action? That is what the players are using. Bust up these mega conferences and have 12 team regional conferences. There's absolutely no reason for the playoffs to include anyone but conference champions and if we have 18 team conferences, then play 8 games in each division and go back to division vs division in the conference championship.
