Holy öööö. If Auburn is a mid-level program, what are we?
Also mid-level. It's a big category. Generally most of the P5 schools, and maybe some of the G5 schools thrown in. I do not equate the last three years with the status of our program overall. Too much recency bias. I prefer to take a longer view, over a couple of decades or so at least. And if you don't follow college football, or live in the south, you might not even have heard of Auburn.

IMO, there aren't many top tier programs. Bama. THE OSU. Michigan. Notre Dame. Texas. Oklahoma. USC. Maybe one could argue Miami, Penn State, Clemson, Florida, FSU and/or Texas A&M - although I'm not sure how top tier you can be if you're second of third in your own state. And no, I did NOT forget anyone, and anyone who says otherwise can go öööö themselves.

Talk about pot calling the kettle!

Michigan has won a single conference championship since 2003. If they're top-tier, I don't know who the hell isn't

I like how you say you don’t want too much recency bias and then post a list with not nearly enough consideration of recency.

Because I'm ööööing consistent, asshole. I guess I should have included Cinci, Baylor and Pitt to make you happy.
