I do enjoy all of that because I am a TECH man. Emphasis on TECH, and of course your mom knows I’m a man.

I have no tie to CPJ, and I’d be the first in line to call for his head if I thought there was a coach out there that could do better. The fact is, his gimmick gives us the best chance to win. When he doesn’t get the QB he needs to run his offense, we suck. And when he gets the QB he wants, we can win the conference, and a BCS caliber bowl game.

Sorry it doesn’t happen every year.

We’ve only won the conference once* and a NY6 bowl once. 9 and 5 years ago. In over a decade. Just saying.

We lost the ACCCG the year FSU won the natty. What did we lose by? Couple of points?

Every 5 or 10 years is good enough for me. Because I’m a TECH man.

Good for you. We didn’t win it in 2014 though. No one gave us a trophy for losing by a few points. We lost. Suggesting there’s not another coach out there who could lose 9 games is cute too.

Literal definition of “few”. Like 3 people. No one here gives a shit about GT except for those of us with ties to GT and a handful of guys who for some reason chose tech as their team with no other ties. We could win a national championship and the upper north will be empty against duke the following season and 40% of the stadium will be filled with Clemson or uga fans. We are irrelevant even when relevant in our own minds.

I’m a sidewalk fan. My Dad grew up a tech fan and had a lot of family go there as well. It takes consistent success to build a fan base. Like a Steve spurrier at South Carolina run. They were absolute dog shit before.

I have nothing but respect for “sidewalk” fans of GT given how mediocre we are on a consistent basis. I hate the term sidewalk fan. A fan’s a fan. Except a uga fan. That’s just a pos high school dropout.

Usce was 0-21 and still had a full stadium ever game.
