I tried to divide the number of QBs they've put in the NFL over the number of CPJ QBs, but I got a divide by zero error
You didn't divide by Nesbitt?

Maybe Paul could then poach some assistants guilt-free![]()
He should stay at Navy. Win 7 games against a cream puff schedule, beat Army 90% of the time, beat AF 50% of the time and he's a hero making $2+ million per. NAvy is not a hard job now that is has been built up.
If Ken takes the BYU job, does Navy call CPJ and gauge his interest? Does CPJ call Navy and express interest? Navy would struggle with buyout if we elected to enforce.
Not saying I want that to happen, but that conversation is a realistic possibility if Ken leaves.
And obviously Ken does not know enough about football to be able to change the O he coaches.
It isn't like he installed the 3O at USNA, but obviously he has to run it if he accepts a new job.
No. No.
No, it's not.
Ken will run it much better than CPJ. He will vary the formations and develop an effective throwing game. And, he will have a much better defense.
In fact, I am really glad we are not playing Navy this year. And, I bet CPJ is happy also.

If Ken takes the job, maybe CPJ will go back to Navy and we can get a really innovative coach that will be able to recruit players who want to showcase their skills in a very tough conference that is going to get a lot tougher.
Yeah, they are talking about his Mormonism and his ties to the Pacific Islander community as being the big draws. I mean, their religious requirement narrows their coaching search a ton. Theoretically, he could hire an OC and run whatever he wanted. I suspect it would be some sort of hybrid with more passing. If Tech had a history of recruiting great passers and CPJ thought he could get one, he might run the O a little differently here, too.
Please, no.I think a lot of people are happy they aren't playing Navy this year, they had a really good team.
If Ken goes to BYU and finds success there as well, it would be cool if we can get him to come here after Johnson retires.
