Incorrect. I saw VT fumble for a touchdown against us, and I'm convinced we are the school to exploit that play as an entire offense. It's a gold mine just waiting to be... mined.

You've risen above the rest and made something out of yourselves. If any kid who are in the same conditions could do it, then what you accomplished would be worthless. You seriously think we have a good education system in this state? Tell kids about the moon causing tides and they think you're just making shit up. We have a ton of dumbass teachers who teach dumbass kids with dumbass parents. And yes, even pussy calculus is used as a negative recruiting tool against us.

Didn't go to Tech, but I took 4 non-pussy* calculus classes in college and can attest to the fact that the vast majority of us rarely, if ever, use it. I straight up tell my students that unless they're planning on being an engineer, to take statistics instead because it's so much more valuable. Forcing everyone to take Calculus but allowing some people to take pusscalc is just allowing the negative recruiting tool to persist, but not even gaining the imaginary benefit of all students actually experiencing calculus.


*all Clemson calculus is pussy calculus, I know.

From a football perspective, education is an obvious major to offer. Tell them that if the NFL doesn't work out, they have the education background and can move right into coaching at the HS level or even beyond.

From a state of Georgia perspective, do you really want Georgia Southern grads teaching math to your kids?
