Well, you'd be wrong. UGAg would have murdered them. ND would have murdered them. Unless you somehow believe that Georgia State has an DL, with their great 220 lb DE, that isn't going to get steamrolled.

UGAg had one of the best defenses in the nation this season. Threw three shutouts and held Clemson to 3. Somehow, you feel GSU is above that?

But they beat Coastal, Troy and Arkansas State before their bowl. Great team! Would have totally gone toe to toe with ND and UGAg

I was commenting on being able to score. I can't really argue with him since I haven't watched any of their games except part of the bowl game yesterday. Yates scored zero points so it doesn't take much to convince me that their starter might orchestrate a single score between the two games either via better play or a better OC.

And I'm commenting that scoring on either of those teams would have been a daunting task for GSU. Both ND and UGAg would have had their way on both LOS.

They beat a team (Coastal Carolina) that was better than the crappy ACC teams we lost to. By your standard since we beat Alabama in 1981 we were better than everyone they beat dispute the fact we finished 1-10.

Jesus, this is like the "We should be like Army - they're awesome" argument even though it had been 5 years since their last P5 victory before their recent curb-stomping of Mizzou.

I'm an ARMY guy: GO ARMY BEAT NAVY but let's not pretend these FCS'ish teams are out there playing tough schedules.
