Can everybody be quiet about Art Briles?

Briles is coaching football in Europe. I don't believe our extradition treaties with Euroville cover NCAA violations.
 
Briles was cited for a “failure to maintain a culture of compliance” with the NCAA. Sounds like the bs CPJ charge. Baylor was hit for lack of institutional control, which is the major charge.

I kinda feel for people in positions of wealth and authority over others. I mean, you get praised *and* blamed for what other people do.
