Coaches Salaries

Poor comparison. A better comparison is I come into a company making less than everyone else. I outperform them on the metric the company used to determine performance (in the case of college football, that is wins). At that point, the company can continue to pay me based on lower expectations or they can raise my pay to surpass those that I’m outperforming. If they continue to pay me based on lower expectations, I will eventually leave and they can replace me with someone who will perform at their lower expectations.
Except the lower expectation will have been raised by your stellar performance along with the expectation that the superior performance is available for less.

don’t drive the market lower. Demand more money now and leave immediately if not fairly paid.

Whiny little bitch confirmed.

Oh boo-hoo. Roster can make a good team elite; but at some point you have to put on your big boy pants and stop complaining about how hard the job is going to be and start doing the job. You sound like a bunch of millennials that never faced adversity before. Win 5 games, it shouldn't be that hard. Miami should be in total meltdown after losing to NC State & Pitt before they play us. Win one of UVA, VT, & BC; those 3 are definitely beatable, especially VT. We could even get to bowl eligible if you focus on the games rather than looking backwards for someone to blame for your problems. As for ND and UGA it sounds like you've already forfeited because the roster.

Where does it say he's forfeited ND or UGA? I know Rules and I guarantee you he believes we can beat both, curb stomping ND.

You saying the roster doesn't prevent us from winning?? Please explain.

All I know is from a UGA perspective, we are thankful you don’t run that CPJ offense. When the guys hit all their blocking assignments it was virtually impossible to stop. It was the most frustrating thing to watch and it wasn’t that GT would get 5 or 10 yards they would reel off 20, 30 or 40 yards it was so painful to watch.

When did I ever complain about the job being hard? All I ever said was people like you love to get your vagina blood all over everything because we don’t win fast enough.

Who says I am complaining about not winning fast enough? I'm just tired of hearing you guys complain about a coach who retired and the roster. It is like you want to lose so you can continue to complain about the roster and how tough the job is.

I think you said it.

And I don’t believe you can point to a single post I made complaining about any coach. Any of them.

You have jumped the shark.

You think I said it eh? If you read the thread it the argument is about whether CPJ was "owned" by Cutcliffe and how bad the roster the roster CPJ left was. So if you are going to defend that side of the argument fine; but don't pretend this is about 'winning fast enough'.

Do you even know what "jumped the shark" means?

Misssd the part about where it was posted Cutcliffe owned CPJ over the last 5 years? You can argue about the time frame if you want but you can say it wasn’t true.

Dammit, I looked it up. That was the damn game. A 40 yard TD pass, an 80 yard TD pass, a FG, and that damn pick in the endzone when we threw the ball across the middle instead of just handing it to PJ Daniels and winning the ballgame. NC State, other than those two passes, had 132 in the air and 56 yards rushing total. We had 164 rushing and 279 passing and looked like the much better team.

Great. Now I'm mad again.

Thursday night game, I was a student. We were chanting "PJ Daniels" during the timeout after we got to the goal line. NC State got flagged for excessive celebration after the pick but it didn't matter. I failed a test the next morning.

Will never forget it.
