Homer did fire Lewis, but only after Kim King and several other past football greats, told him if he did not fire him that day, that he would be fired! That is what needs to happen now!
 
Kim and others, had already ha George O’Leary come back as DC, so he was in place for the change.
 
The comments on not being ready for Pitt to switch out of 12 personnel into 11 is odd. Is 11 personnel unusual? He mentioned that 12 personnel is unusual. What is the usual configuration?

Answer: "Organizational issues on every level, some execution issues. They will all be corrected."

Question: "lots of penalties"

Answer: "things bubble up, then people don't execute correctly" - he mentioned a specific play where someone was supposed to have the QB on 3rd and 6 but didn't play it? The way he is talking it sounds like the team is very emotional right now.
 
Well, it wasn't the worst presser he's given, I guess. He's still a positives-only kind of guy, but I guess I've gotten used to that now.

Neither is unusual for a normal offense. For us, every personnel is unusual. 12 is 1 tight end 2 running backs. 11 is 1 TE 1 RB.
