I’m not gonna lie, I don’t know Jack about recruiting but something tells me we are on an upward trajectory when we get guys early with loaded offers v offers from lower tier leagues, even when the star count is the same. Wins over UGA and TAMU in recruiting go further for me than wins over Directional State.

Philpot was just spitting game. We've all done it. Yeah baby I'll be in the NFL in 3 years, probably 1st or 2nd rounder.

"Nice shoes, let's smuggle weapons into Africa." Is situational, but has worked.

It’s not defeatist. A large part of being top 20 is the number of people you sign. Tech for the most part don’t oversign or process people out. So unless we sign 22-25 people/yr or sign nothing but Rivals 250 players it will be a tough task

I think he is agreeing with you. Getting 12 top 50 georgia players would be bank. And agreed that our classes will probably be perpetually underrated due to numbers. Of course it is easy to sort by star rating.
