It appears the additional time practicing blocking and tackling instead of perfecting the dance routines was time well spent. Haven't seen any glam shots lately either, maybe we reallocated that time to S&C, film study or something else.

Eh, close games can go either way by the bounce of the ball or a single turnover. If Miami's that good, they'd have had a 2-score cushion.
It's why the biggest BS line in football is "good teams win close games." No. Teams that win lots of close games are fortunate. Good teams get 3-score leads so a single fluke play can't change the outcome.
