I know. That was a wonderful time to be a Tech fan. Ranked in the top 10, UGA was struggling that year. We were the talk of the state going into that years COFH and then..... The NCAA investigation came down the week of COFH and CPJ later said that our guys minds were preoccupied with the investigation. I've often wondered what would have happened if we pull that win off? I could see us winning three in a row from 08-10 especially if Nesbitt doesn't get injured at VT in 2010. Richt gets let go probably in 2010 and Kirby probably doesn't get the UGAg job then. They probably end up with Muschamp, and CPJ probably goes like 8-2 against them.

Sitting in the stands for COFH 09 and my buddy goes "what play are we going to run?" and I said, "comeback route to Bay Bay," and we did and .... he dropped it. We played like crap for 58 minutes and still had a chance to win.
Get that win, beat Clemson (really, survive CJ Spiller ... he was a one man wrecking crew that night in Tampa) and we're 12-1 with an offense nobody wanted a piece of.
