I hate Va Tech for this meltdown. I hate UGA and everything about them. What I hate the most is that in spite of all their character deficiencies they have great football character. 21-3 at the half and you think the 2nd half should be fun to watch. But, they never quit. Onside kicks, turnovers, freshman QB - it all works.

I wish Va Tech could work a miracle, but those guys look like they are in the tank to me. Just a few more minutes and I won't have to see any more Dawg miracles until the fall of '07.

THWG!

I just heard from my nephew in Japan with the USN and he is ready to fly back and attack Athens.
I hated the "Bozo" QB when he played, I am about to puke if I hear about how great he is, just another leg humper.

For everyone who asked how could a QB play worse than Reggie against ugag, this is how. The kid from VT has given this game away.

I'm a bit surprised that VT would have such a second half meltdown. I'll give the Dawgs their due here, they have completely dominated the second half.

THWG, as a matter of fact, THWVT as well.

the QB from VT did not even touch the ball in the 3rd did he?

Maybe ugag just has an OC and HC that wants to score more than FGs against a real team. The scum.

This UGAg team looks like a pro team playing VT in the second half. And probably half of them will be playing pro ball soon. These dawgs really underachieved this year. They should have been a top ten team.

Sean Glennon was outplayed by a true freshman and Bud Foster was out called by Mike Bobo.

Stafford looks to have a pretty good career ahead of him as long as he has a decent defense on the other side.

Well Saint Richt has responded to Dr. Punch at the end of his post-game interview with an "Amen". I'll say my own "Amen" to them putting up the silver britches and red helmets for a year and hushing their foolish barking.

A glimmer of hope as I look at Stafford - that boy needs to eat more. Here's hoping he balloons to Lorenzen size by his Sophomore year. I may set him up a line of credit at the Athens "V" for unlimited peach pies and FO's.

May Nesbitt lead us to victory at BDS on the last Saturday of November! Happy '07!

VT is beginning to make a tradition out of letting Tech down in games that we want them to win. They SCREWED us last year by laying an egg against F$U in the ACCCG.

There is no glimmer. UGAy will be good as long as Saint Richt is there. It's disgusting.

what is disgusting is that we threw away a chance this year to whip their ass. There won't be many chances to beat the leg humpers as long as Nix is calling plays.

The mutt's have alway's been good when they've had good coaching.
Groundbreaking analysis! Teams are good when they have good coaches! What an eye-opener!

actually both offenses played poorly. UGA had 200 total yds. and VT something like 190.

Neither QB completed over 50% of their passes and each teams total rushing yardage was something like 75 yds.

Tony Taylor is one heckuva a LB though.

georgia has a lot to be happy about going into '07. Their last three games will have them sky high.

We can go 1-2 in our last 3, and achieve the same.

Just as a recap, refs digging into a pile to find the ball indicates the play is dead. I certainly don't think UGA has any reason to be proud or cocky based on how they won that game. Sorry for the rant but I'm still miffed about how we were shafted. UGA never really won that game in my mind regardless of what the formal record states.

I'm still miffed about the interference call in '97. georgia is still miffed about Joe's "no fumble" in '98, and Jasper's "fumble" in '99.
The big difference this year is that the scrum happened very early in the game, and was not a factor in who lost.

Although I hate it, georgia manned up on their final drive against us and in the second half last night, while we have looked scared to death. Defense included.

Face it guys! Ugay football is everything that Tech football is not. Good athletes being well coached and performing their assignments as told. They also have a never give up attitude and their fans think the same way. I've been watching them for years and wondering why GT and their fans can't develope the same attitude! Some days it just makes me scream!!!

You must have not been at the Peach Bowl Sat. night listening to their fans turn on their team in the first half. If you call that never give up attitude then I think I will pass. Those SOB's will turn on that team in a heartbeat as shown earlier in the year.

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY IN THE HELL ARE WE EVEN TALKING ABOUT THOSE NAD LICKERS ON OUR BOARD. MODS PLEASE REMOVE!

Whoa there - all teams have those fans that give up when things seem a little tough. You are incorrect that "those SOBs" will turn on their team quickly. My comment to my buddy at the Dome at the beginning of the 2nd half was, "nothing like a good ole fashioned comeback." It was beautiful. And yes, VT's quarterback sucks - he has no heart.
