Does anyone know Leo Blackburn’s Status?

Calvin is the only top recruit I can recall that has lived up to his billing. Something always happens.

That ‘10 class is the one that i still think about. At the time it felt like it would establish us as the alpha in the ACC.

McCoy retires for a medical issue before playing a snap. Ayers a complete no-show. Bostic the worst AB I’ve ever seen. Williams does nothing his whole career. Smelter decides on baseball. Perkins went from Dwyer 2.0 HS film to occasional AB contributor.

What could have been with an Attaochu, McCoy, Green, Williams DL for 3-4 years.

Smelter coming back to football was huge in 2014 though.

Hobie Holiday.....and for you real old guys, Charlie Dudish
Dudish actually had a couple of decent games when he was sober. I believe he beat UGAg one year. I may be wrong and don't feel like looking it up. 6-O? 1969? Think that was him. But yeah, he wasn't really Tech material. I think he wound up playing minor league baseball for several years. Wonder whatever happened to ole Charlie?

The 6-0 win was Jack Williams.. Dudish was the number one QB prospect when he came to Tech. Wasn't terrible but never lived up to the billing/

As a follow up to original post, during Collins post-practice today, Kelly Q. asked about Blackburn’s status, Collins just gave the standard “we don’t talk about injuries” response.

I’d love to know what in the name of God we did to never have nice things.

Leo didn't participate in camp. It happened just before camp started. He was still recovering from the ACL tear last year also and may not have been a full-go in camp anyway, so with the other injury, they decided to just give that camp spot to someone else.
