I have to disagree. What team has UGA not dominated this year? There are no real power houses this year including UGA

Just because you dominated a schedule full of garbage teams it doesn't make you a great team. UGA is not a bad team and may be the best team in the country. In 2022 that just isn't saying much.I have to disagree. What team has UGA not dominated this year?
Exactly. The gaggers couldn’t have scheduled any better this year. CFB is down and their schedule was tailor made to play assumed difficult games at home.Just because you dominated a schedule full of garbage teams it doesn't make you a great team. Dumb play by LSU for sure, but it wasn't like UGA was all over the return. There was one guy who kinda knew the rule and even then he hesitated and wasn't sure. Half of his teammates were telling him to get away from the ball. How everyone on that field didn't understand that was a live ball is crazy to me.
Reminds me of CPJ during the “Miracle on Techwood Drive” game after blocking FSU’s potential game winning FG - waving his arms to tell the players to stay away from it. Luckily, they ignored him too.The broadcast had a shot of one of the UGA coaches up in the booth waiving his arms in a “decline the penalty” motion, as to be saying, get away from it.

Kentucky, Missouri, us for nearly 3 full quarters until we shot ourselves in the foot. I mean I wouldn't call what they did to LSU dominant either. They won by 20 but were pretty much gifted 14. Giving up 504 passing yards isn't what I'd call dominating anybody.I have to disagree. What team has UGA not dominated this year?
Let's see, us for 3 Quarters, Kent St, Mizzou, KentuckyI have to disagree. What team has UGA not dominated this year?
One thing that I'm still not 100% sure of on that rule, is it a 100% live ball after a block? I mean what if it's the other way around and all the UGA guys run off celebrating, can LSU pick it up and score or is it only live for one team? That doesn't seem very fair.Dumb play by LSU for sure, but it wasn't like UGA was all over the return. There was one guy who kinda knew the rule and even then he hesitated and wasn't sure. uga will run a train on Ohio St’s defense in the 4th, it’ll be ugly.Yeah, college football this year was down. So everyone was down including UGA. But they are still head and shoulders above everyone else and I hate to say that. Bama would have a shot ot beat them but they may not get the chance. But there is absolutely zero chance that Ohio State, Michigan, or TCU can stay within 20 points of them. If you watched those games it was a different level of football between the SEC and BIG. LSU with either QB would beat Michigan and Ohio State. It’s about the trenches and skilled positions. Michigan or Ohio State won’t be able to stop Bowers or Bennett’s mobility. And if they put extra bodies on them the RB’s will feast. UGA is fixin to sleepwalk to a Natty.
As noted from the above poster, Ohio State will put up some points but UGA will put up 50 and the 4th quarter will be disgusting as the announcers spend an hour praising the mutts.
Agree. Let's not let our disdain for UGAg blind us to reality. Are they beatable? Sure. Are they good? Yes.I probably hate uga as much as any Tech fan, but they are a good team. They have play makers at every position with backups ready. They have good coaches and seem to always be lucky ( read always prepared ). They are going to be around the NC level for the fore seeable future. Tech must start getting better recruits this recruiting cycle and I do believe we will have better coaching! If any team is due, it's Tech !
IIRC, it's a scrimmage kick and it's a free ball behind the LOS. Godsey did that in 1999. Once it passes the LOS it's like a punt. I'm pretty sure this is the rule, but I'm too lazy right now to look it up. Ha!It is like a punt whether it is a free ball or not. LSU can down it, but it comes back to 20 or LOS. If a defender touches the ball beyond the LOS, it is like a muffed punt and a free ball. Usually no one touches it, so it is blown dead. If you pick it up and return it, better be sure you get back across the line of scrimmage or the coach will have your butt.
Google Leon Lett field goal screwup.

Wow! How can there be that many utterly clueless players on the field at one time?
seems to me that the only person who knew what was going on was dude who ran wih the ball........ga coaching staff and all players seemed to want the ball blowed dead........lucky play that could have been avoidedYeah I don't get it ...and ugh Stetson's smugness. He's peaked he's not playing in the NFL
