If ESPN wants to keep the ACC intact they had better come up with a better deal before twenty years. Once this gets down to just a few years

The current buyout has already been near that number for a while and they aren't willing to pay it, hence all the complaining and lawsuits. Why would they pay it now? Especially with the newly agreed to terms that will basically give them more $$. Besides, it's not just the buyout, you are paying a buyout and STILL forfeiting your TV rights until 2036 or whenever the new contract ends. Also, I think some of you don't understand how big the difference is in Texas P5 money compared to nearly any other school.
