Alright I'm back
I'll take 7-7 at half with CPJ's adjustments, I just hope the defense(which is playing great) doesn't wither down the stretch.
 
I don't think CPJ called it. It looked like he was pretty pissed about it.
 
Haha, that TO was awesome. I will take this going into the locker room. We gotta get rolling on O b/c I don't think we can expect another half of D like that.

Think he did. Saw him mouth "Its effing 4th down". If they snapped it and immediately downed the ball, we would have had it with a second (maybe?) on their 20.

I think he did call the TO... .wasn't it 4th down? If there is 2-3 seconds on the clock and VT just kneels on it quickly before :00 .... clock stops on change of possession. GT has a chance at a FG.

Historically VPSIU has ALWAYS started very slow on offense....see James Madison game.

They will always hit their stride offensively toward the end of the season. That is why I was glad we were getting them early, but I was really hoping our O was going to look different from last year, but it does not.
 
Lol at the time out.

Observation from someone who probably doesn't know what he's talking about:

a-backs/Tevin need to chill out on making the cuts in the back field. There have been a few plays that they totally killed their forward momentum trying to make 3 defenders miss when they didn't stand a chance. Put their head down and go with the flow and they're probably looking at 2 or 3 more yards. (of course Godhigh wouldn't have gotten in without some cuts)
 
Great half. Groh gets 6 stops on 7 possessions, cant ask for too much more than that. Offensive adjustments in the 2nd half - I like our chances. I dont udertand why they dont just run the zone read every play, theyll get at least 3-4 yards each time with LT falling forward everytime. I hope they keep passing though.

I'm hoping that vt defense is as good as advertised. Our O line has been pretty bad. Lots of guys blocking air.
