I don't get the talk about Tampa being harder to get to. Most of the ACC is going to be flying anyway. Tampa's further south, but I hear it has a much better airport. I'd think that makes things easier for anyone north of Clemson.

So, we (the ACC) has a complete failure in Tampa for the basketball tournament and now Swofford's decided to move the ACCCG to ..... Tampa?

We have a crappy ACC bball tournament in Tampa...its almost impossible to have a crappy ACC bball tournament but Swofford pulled it off. The Acc is renowned for its basketball tournament....and it was one of the worst venues in the country. Now he's decided we should move football there too. Unbelievable.

Swofford is a dumb bitch.

IIRC, the football stadium in Charlotte was booked until 2010.

Also, it's not like it could be worse than Jacksonsville.
