Earlier today, you received an email from our third-party printing partner containing incorrect verbiage indicating that your 2018 football season tickets had been sent electronically. Please be assured that despite that incorrect verbiage, your season tickets have been shipped to your physical address and the tracking link in the email IS correct."

Humorously, the email it references I did not receive.

Their quick retraction afterwards saved me from a lifetime of solemn contemplation about how you properly snail mail an email.
