Does it concern you that we are going against the likes of Georgia Southern, Troy, MTS for so many recruits? Why are we not attracting any higher rated prospects?

Well, people wanted Beestorm to let WrecksNEffect on the board.

Why did Haagen Dazs stop making the reduced-calorie Dulce de Leche? I thought it tasted better than the full-fat version.

Then please explain why Bama, Auburn, FSU, Miami, and Ole Miss are trying to steal several of our recruits.

because they are lying to the big schools to stay under the radar and then sneakily become super stars at Tech!!!

duhhhh

Who are Bama and Auburn trying to steal? Don't remember hearing about that; just wondering.

Because you JUST started following recruiting, assumed this was a new trend, and decided to complain.

Nope not at all. AL and AU have been visiting with Golden.

The stars system is a joke anyways. How many years has UGA received 3, 4, and 5* athletes only to go 6-7 in the Liberty Bowl?

Everyone reaches late when they miss on their top targets or have extra spots come open. Powerhouse schools reach down and try to get schools recruits like ours, and we reach down to get guys that have offers from smaller schools.

Alot of time guys committed to a school like us are waiting for a bigger offer, and then guys with non-bcs or fcs offers are hoping for a late offer from a school like GT.

Not at all! If you can play football you can play football. It's a tough guy sport whether it's at Youngstown State, Georgia Southern, Georgia or the Pittsburgh Steelers. Some will prove tough enough some will not. All you can do is pick the ones you think are tough enough and sort it out later.

Go Jackets!

Look at the 2 Super Bowl team's rosters.....most of the top-notch players came from smaller schools rather than D1 powerhouses.

The top paid player on the Steelers played at Kent State!!!

I think Ben's is higher, but would say Mr Harrison's is up there. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3274467

Did / will Ben lose any from the accusations that were made earlier this year?

Point is that where you went to school may afford you some different advantages but it's like anything else in America. If you work hard a lot of times you are rewarded in the end. People who argue 'So and so is going / went to U of X' so they must be better = ignorant.

As that relates to high school players and the star system, can I please borrow your crystal ball? I'd like to play the power ball this week...
