I was just pointing out that 1998 team WE are all so proud of with you anchoring the DLine, lost to BC to open up the season and they weren't ranked and we played very lackluster. Do you not see the irony in that?

you cant say anything to me to make me feel bad or ironic about going 10-2, beating UGA, UVA, CLEM, notre dame in a new years day bowl and finishing in the top 10... but you can carry on and try to poke fun at me and the 98 team...

who says they are right? maybe you, jimmy, know way more then me about football? maybe we could watch some game tape and you could explain x's and o's to me?? maybe shed some light on things i dont know? have you watched hours of tape?

what does your knowledge base consist of?

Man you aren't hearing me. I loved that 98 team. I thought you were on of the most oportunistic players Tech's ever seen and its because of your big heart that you got a shot in the NFL. (I'm a Skins fan too) But if you're gonna come on here and throw stones at the coaching staff, the Quarterback, etc. especially after a tough loss where they fought their asses off... then I felt you need to be reminded about the fact you lost your opener too. We can still have a great season.

LOL. I played from 7th grade through highschool. My claim to fame in highschool was that Jonathan Ogden knocked me out of a game (me and three other players) when he was a sophmore and I was a senior. I played Safety. I was a relatively decent but not great player.

I watch a lot of football.

my point was in year 5 of paul johnson, tevin was the best QB option we have? i dont think he is and thats ok, i have the right to think vad is better... he did things tonight that tevin just doesnt have the ability in his body. its ok if i prefer vad

Why are you such a raging moron? Seriously, you are the guy who talks way too much at parties hoping people like him.

Tevin = boring. Vad = exciting. Want to put butts in the seat at Tech games, play the exciting guy. Do you think Tevin will beat UGA? No? Then move on to the guy who gives us a better shot. Even if he is green, maybe he figures stuff out in the next 6 or so games. Or maybe you like going 3-8 in our last 11. You're such a %$(*#* mediocre poster.
 
Vad Lee ended 1 for 3 for 82 and a TD. (should have been 3 for 3)

He also had 101 yds rushing on 8 carries.

Pretty good start to his career.
 
His two incompletions were criminal drops. Felonies in most states.

Hey I hear you. But he's the best option we've got now. Playing Vad is probably gonna cost us a couple of games and I'm not willing to chance that this early in the season.

Paul Johnson has two things that are hurting this team in my opinion.
1.) He had a total crap 2008 recruiting class which was mainly keeping Gaileys guys in tact. Those guys are redshirt seniors now an most of them didn't pan out.
2.) It took PJ his third full recruiting year to address adequately his QB position in recruiting. Remember this is only Vad's second year. You remember Lil Joe's redshirt freshman year? Is that his fault? Yes! Did he have some bad luck and missed prospects? Yes. But the last two classes and this current one seems to have righted this QB issue.

Paul Johnson is not afraid to make changes to help this team. He didn't stick with Wommack whereas a lot of people would. Gailey stuck with Nix and David Wilson who I'm fairly sure I know more football than both. O'Leary stuck with Roof. He also was lucky he had Fridgen, otherwise there's no telling how unspecial we may have been during that tenure.

PJ also addressed the special teams coach and that seems to have worked. Paul Johnson wants to win more than anything and I think he knows how. Just be a little patient. That's all I'm saying.

Or we could go 0-10 in our last ten games because against a good team that actually challenges us, Lee pitches the ball 2 yards behind the b-back. We have to trust the coaches on this one. They wouldn't be playing Washington if they thought they had a better alternative. What you're basically saying is that you know football and the option better than Paul Johnson.

Based on what I saw tonight, its exciting. But Vad doesn't need too be playing until at best midway through the season. Way too much miscommunication to the backfield to where he's gonna pull rabbits from hats against UVA and Miami. But I hope to God he's the QB by UGA.
