I think the transfer portal, paying non-professional “college students” to play football and advertise and the ESPN SEC expansion model is going to create a permanent “rock-bottom “ for all but about 12-15 teams that will be the mini-NFL. Cincinnati had better make the most out of their opportunity this year. You will not see teams like Cinci, Utah, Boise State or TCU in the CFB Playoffs ever 5 to 10 years from now.

In 1985 we beat a decent UGA just a couple years after they were world beaters and we were cellar dwellers. If our 'mediocrity' next year includes beating UGA... then I won't be ashamed to be excited.

Best GT game I've ever attended. No one will believe me, but I called the Gary Lee TD prior to kickoff. Great memory with my Dad as Lee runs through the South endzone fog to us in the North endzone.

It was a designed play. Previously, Lee followed all the blockers to the same side of the field. On that play, per Curry, he was instructed to run to the opposite side.
