How did we miss on Petrino?

I know I posted at least 3 times during the last 3 months that Petrino would "BEE" available. Why wasn't he considered?

Please,.................somebody with inside word................what was the reason for not interviewing him?

This one bothers me.
 
ESPN is saying that he will get $3.0M to go to Arkansas. I don't think we were willing to spend that kind of money if we could.
 
Arkansas can have him....until he leaves 3-4 years down the road to coach women's soccer.
 
honestly do you care? the guy tells blank on monday that he's staying and on tuesday he quits. didn't even bother to tell his team first. this isn't the kind of guy i'd want coaching tech. say what you want about chan but never in a million years would he pull this number.

Perfect time to bring back Dan Reeves. Seriously. He would clean up the wreckage caused by Blank's inexperience and Jimmy Mora's "players coach" BS.

Dan would probably like to have XC CG on staff.

Did you read how he told his team? Did you know it hit the papers (well, internet) before he told his boss?

I don't care how good a football coach he is, I wouldn't want the classless sob teaching my son anything.

I would actually love to see Dan Reeves and Chan Gailey take over the Atlanta Falcons.

It would be the NFL's version of "Space Cowboys".

probably also because some Arkansas folk are just as classy and told the papers before anyone could be diplomatic
