Unfortunately for some of our fans it is. I am so excited about seeing us play in another Nut Bowl! or maybe we will get lucky enough to play in Boise again! Man I'm pumped!

Actually I'm still worried that Chan Gailey equilibrium requires an average of 7 wins.

There's still plenty of opportunity for this season to go back to the norm.

No, that is not good enough. We give the man one good extension and he's acting like 7-6 is good enough. The whole team deserved a better chance than their kicker trying to win it from 52 yards on the right hash. JEESH. Now I'm sure he'll apologize in the paper or on the radio this week.

What have people been watching for years that they don't understand?

Will someone please explaing why you thought anything this year would be different? Why?

ccg will wrangle an extension any day now.

You think he's going to apologize? Give me a break. No he won't. Chan thinks he did the best thing he could have done. There is no chance of him accepting the blame for this loss. I just listened to the post game show and there wasn;t even a hint of it.
 
The number of posters who normally would "accept" 7-6 has drastically dropped this year. All of us were still hoping this year could be different. Most of us expected this year to be different. Now, 80-90% of us are wanting next year to be different - as in a different HC.

UGA - We get killed.
Miami - We could win this one. There as bad as we are.
UNC - We get killed.
VT - loss.

The 3rd down play call was dumb, no question, but the hold lost us the game.
